At the end of our recent surveys, we asked if there were any additional comments( positive or negative) that participants would like to leave.

One local visiting care professional kindly wrote " I would strongly recommend this Home, the staff are all regular and I know them well." And continued "I would want to be nursed there if I had Dementia!!" A visiting Nurse commented, "Bradley House has excellent levels of care and communication."

Some comments on our Family surveys ( which were filled in anonymously) were extremely complimentary to our team. When asked, are there any points about our service which you wish to bring to our attention ? one comment was "My father receives excellent care and the staff are always friendly and you can tell they care for the residents."

Another compliment was "Bradley House is a wonderful Home. I feel that I have made a lot of friends at Bradley House and my mum is really loved and cared for by all the staff."

Many families, when their loved ones have passed away at Bradley House, will take the time to send us cards and letters of their appreciation of our care. These are very emotional for us to read but are the ultimate heart felt compliment of our care team.

One such recent thank you card read, "Thank you for your care and kindness in looking after my mother and my family for the last 3 years, I'm so glad I chose Bradley House for my mother's care, I could not have chosen anywhere better."

While our building is not purpose built like some modern homes, I can say with 100% confidence, that there is not a better care team than our team at Bradley House.
