Respect and care for others: at the heart of all our work

Personalised Care is the focus of our work. Bradley House Nursing Home believes in the principles of dignity, respect, tolerance and social justice, and we regard self-determination as the key to self-fulfilment for all of us. These values are reflected in all our day-to-day care of our residents.

A Care Plan will be devised by our Nursing staff, taking into consideration the individual needs of each and every resident as well as input from family, friends and all Health Care Professionals. Each Care Plan will be unique to that resident and will outline the ideal care package for each resident.

We have allocated Senior staff to work with a key worker scheme where they liase with families and other health professionals to ensure that the needs of each individual is being met.
