We have a complete team of qualified Nurses who are supervised by an excellent Clinical Lead in providing 24/7 clinical care and support to our residents. 

Care Team 

Our care team provide 24hour personal care to our residents, ensuring they promote dignity, respect, choice and independence in a safe and comfortable environment. 

Training & support Co-ordinator

All staff are supported by our training & support co-ordinator, who ensures all staff have completed mandatory training through in-house training or online training. Staff are also supported on the floor with anything they may need assistance with.

Activities

Ensuring everyday is fulfilled and enjoyed by our residents, our full time activity co-ordinator meets these needs. From trips out to in-house entertainment. Personlised activities on a one-to-one basis are undertaken to ensure that residents are engaged and happy.

Chef

Our skilled chef ensures residents have plenty of choice and variety in the food they eat, as it is essential that residents have a well maintained diet.

Housekeeping & Domestic Team

Staff within this team ensure the home is kept tidy and clean, ensuring the home environment is pleasent for the residents.

Maintenance 

Our maintenance man helps out with any repairs, fixes and decoration throguhout the home. Ensuring Bradley house is a safe maintained environment for everyone.
